This is not the first time of my website being hijacked. They entered my website, change the html files and inserting a javascript to bring to “statuncore.com”. They even changed my password.
To avoid this problem, do this :
- Have a strong password, having not only letters but also numbers and other character – at least 12 character.
- Change the password frequently
- Check your files – use your ftp software to help you.

This is a continuation of my post few days ago, titled “WGA attempts to install every start up”. Some computers don’t have problem anymore with that WGA installation after that action, but I experience one computer insisting to prompt the WGA installation wizard every start up.
There was no more WGA folder in the C:\documents and Settings\All Users\Aplication Data\ ;
The installation prompt comes from an application “wgasetup.exe”; So, I open C: in Windows explorer, then run “Search” for wgasetup.exe.
I found wgasetup.exe in C:\WINDOWS\System32\KB905474; and wgasetup.exe-060A30c0.pf and wgasetup.exe-23138B17.pf in C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch
I went to My computer and C:\WINDOWS\System32 and deleted the folder KB905474; I also deleted those two prefetch files.
That’s all!!
